A
“Picture-taker” for most of my life, I’ve only recently gotten
involved with serious photography. Not serious photography in the
traditional sense, with darkrooms, mixing chemicals, and elaborate
preparation of the shot. I like to take photographs, mostly of
scenery, with no attempt to arrange the scene to make it “mean”
something. I try to put the viewer in my place, to get them to feel
the same awe and wonder that I felt, the same admiration of nature.
